Reid and Penny operate a 116 acre farm.  Most of the farm is in the forestry program and pasture for Jersey cows.  Two acres contain the Griejte's Garden Muscadine and Scuppernong Vineyard. The vineyard is open in season for grape harvesting for u-pick, produce markets and wineries. Grapes are also processed into juices and alcohol free wines.  

The venue facility is rented for bridal showers and baby showers, rehearsal dinners and workshops/seminars.
